Built to stay online

Guardrails that protect your numbers and your clients.

Getting a number banned costs a client relationship. Every line ships with sending limits and audit-friendly delivery tracking by default.

Rolling daily cap per QR line to keep numbers healthy

  • Your servers, your data

Messages, contacts, and media live in your own backend. Nothing is resold, mined, or shared.

  • Signed webhooks

Inbound events are HMAC-verified against the raw payload before a single row is written.

  • Ban-aware sending

Token-bucket pacing, daily caps, and a circuit breaker are enforced per line — not left to good intentions.

  • Honest delivery states

Pending, sent, delivered, read, failed — statuses only move forward, and failures are never hidden.

The inbox of a BSP, the control of a gateway.

Hosted inboxes are polished but rent you your own data. Raw gateways are free but ship no UI. waha-waba sits in between.

Questions teams ask before switching.

Is linking a number by QR allowed by WhatsApp?

QR-linked lines use WhatsApp's multi-device protocol, which is not an official business API. It works well for normal 1:1 conversations, but aggressive bulk messaging can get a number restricted. Use the built-in limits for QR lines, and send broadcasts through the Cloud API.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business Account to start?

No. You can go live with QR-linked numbers alone. Add a Cloud API number later when you need approved templates and campaigns.

What does it cost?

There are no per-seat or platform fees — you run it on your own infrastructure. Cloud API conversations are billed by Meta directly at their published rates, and the Price Analysis screen shows exactly what you're spending.

Where is my data stored?

In your own backend. Messages, contacts, and media never pass through a third-party inbox provider, and old messages are pruned on a 180-day retention window.

Can I manage several client businesses?

Yes — that's the core use case. Each company is an isolated workspace with its own lines, templates, and campaigns. Staff only see the companies they're assigned to.

How do new team members get access?

Accounts are invite-only. A super admin or company admin creates the login and assigns a role; there is no public sign-up.

Put every client conversation under one roof.

Sign in with the account your admin created, link your first number, and start replying in minutes.
